Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving their order if:

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To process your request, clear photos or videos of the product may be required for verification.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and unwashed.
• The product must be in its original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• The request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been received.
• A verified issue cannot be resolved through replacement or exchange.
• An order is cancelled and approved before dispatch.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings or lighting.
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Requests submitted after the return eligibility period.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
